Used Legacy highway as an example of inappropriate legal hassle

Disagrees with John Huntsman on

Not good record on Border Enforcement

No Citizenship
Happy to setup a visa like process that will give the immigrants time to get their stuff in order prior to deportation.
Supports a legal guest worker program
Priority for families and business needs
